Hotel Reservations and Rates
You can reserve your room after registering for the Annual Meeting. Once registered, you will be provided with a unique online hotel reservation link to book your hotel nights.
Hotel reservations must be made by April 12, 2024 to qualify for the special ARRS rates.
Hotel reservation availability is not guaranteed, so we encourage you to book your rooms right away.
Room rates are available, based on availability from May 3–9. Rates are $319 single/double + tax/night, $349 triple + tax/night and quad $379 + tax/night.
A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax will be charged at the time the guest makes a room reservation and upon check – in, will be applied towards the guest’s bill. Deposits paid by guests are refundable by Hotel at least three (3) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
The Hynes is conveniently located just minutes from Boston’s Logan International Airport. You have many choices for quickly getting to the Hynes after you land, and it’s easy to get back to the airport to catch your flight when it’s time to return home. Modes of transport include the public transit, Back Bay Logan Express, and taxi cabs.
