2024 Annual Meeting Registration

COVID Vaccination Policy 

In partnership with the city of Boston and the John B. Hynes Convention Center, ARRS will adhere to all local, state, and CDC COVID-19 guidelines that are in place at the time of the meeting. ARRS will not require validation of current COVID-19 vaccines.

Audio/Video Recording Policy 

Copying any presentation by camera, audio, or video recording equipment is strictly prohibited. Meeting registrants are given access to all session recordings and credit is available on demand during the meeting. Access and credit claiming continue to be available through May 9, 2025. 

Registration Confirmations 

Registration confirmations are emailed to registrants. It is important to provide your email address with your registration materials to ensure receipt of your confirmation and any updates regarding the meeting. Make sure the email address provided is set up to accept messages from ARRS so your Annual Meeting communications do not go to a SPAM or junk folder or become blocked entirely. 

Need To Transfer Your Meeting Registration? 

Register to participate in Boston or virtually, and if your plans change, you can transfer your registration to the alternate form of participation. Written requests for transfers received by the regular deadline will require a $100 transfer fee; written transfers received between April 6 and April 30th will require a $200 transfer fee.

Need to Cancel Your Meeting Registration? 

Cancellations received in writing by April 5, 2024, will be processed after the meeting minus the 25% nonrefundable cancellation fee. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations for any reason after April 5. Refund requests of the 25% cancellation fee will not be considered regardless of the registration category, amount paid, or when requested.

Submitted registration forms by mail, fax, or online serve as acknowledgement and acceptance of these cancellation policies.

Guest Registration

The guest registration fee is $200 per guest and provides entrance to the Connection Quad, which includes daily lunches Sunday – Wednesday as well as beverage breaks throughout the week.  Guests are not allowed entry to areas where educational sessions or events are being held, including the fee-based Categorical Courses.  Guests are not eligible to claim CME credits and do not receive any educational materials. Individuals eligible for ARRS membership may not register as a guest and must pay the general registration fee. A co-worker or industry associate are not eligible for this badge and must register in the appropriate registration category and pay the applicable registration fees.

ARRS Membership 

ARRS membership must be current at the time of registration as well as for the duration of the Annual Meeting to receive the discounted member registration rates. If your ARRS membership has lapsed or will lapse between the date of registration and the end of the meeting, you must either renew your membership or pay the nonmember registration fees. Discounted meeting registration fees are a benefit for current ARRS members. Apply online for membership at arrs.org/membership. After submitting your membership application online, please allow 3-5 business days for the processing of your application.  Once you have received your New Member Welcome letter you may register for the meeting online. Nonmembers must apply for membership by April 19, 2024 in order to receive the discounted prices.
