Learning to Lead and the Art of Negotiation; in Partnership with The American Association for Women in Radiology (AAWR)

With the shortage of radiologists due to increasing volumes and earlier retirements, many radiologists are being placed into positions of leadership earlier in their career and are seeking guidance on how to lead. Additionally, as more openings become available, the ability to negotiate and understand contracts is now more important than ever.

The first hour of this joint ARRS-AAWR session will consist of speakers of various career levels and practice types followed by Q&A. The second hour will feature a moderated panel of practice and institutional leaders who have expertise and experience in radiology leadership and contract negotiation.
