ARRS 2027 Visa Checklist

• Identify Your Visa: Most attendees require a B-1 or B-2 visa. Check the U.S. State Department Website and your local U.S. embassy for specific documentation requirements.
• Apply 3–6 Months Early: Appointment wait times vary heavily by location. Do not delay your application. Check current visa wait times here.
• Request an ARRS Letter: Complete our Invitation Letter Request Form to receive official documentation. Make sure your name is spelled exactly as it appears on your passport to avoid processing delays.
• Monitor Travel Updates: Regularly check for any changing travel restrictions from your home country leading up to the event.

Arriving in Denver (DEN)

• The Airport: You will fly into Denver International Airport (DEN).
• Getting to the City: The easiest way to get downtown is the A Line Commuter Train, which runs directly from the airport to Denver Union Station.
• A Note on Altitude: Denver is exactly one mile high (1,609 meters). Drink plenty of water when you arrive to help your body adjust to the thinner air.
