Registration beginning March 22nd must be completed online. Attendees who plan to attend the in-person meeting should register online before arriving in San Diego. Once you have registered online, you will be able to pick up your registration packet at the Late Registration desk in the registration area.

General meeting registration is required to register for the Categorical Courses.
The guest registration fee is $200 per guest and provides entrance to the Connection Quad, which includes the Welcome Reception and beverage breaks throughout the week. Guests are not allowed entry to areas where educational sessions or events are being held, including the fee-based Categorical Courses. Guest are not eligible to claim CME credits and do not receive any educational materials. Individuals eligible for ARRS membership may not register as a guest and must pay the general registration fee. A co-worker or industry associate are not eligible for this badge and must register in the appropriate registration category and pay the applicable registration fees.

Yes. Session evaluations must be completed to earn credit.

After you have applied for membership, you may either fax your completed registration form to 703-729-4839 or once your application has been processed within 3-5 business days, you may register for the meeting online. Nonmembers must apply for membership by April 21, 2025 in order to receive the discounted prices.
Online posters are not available for credit.
Copying any presentation by camera, audio, or video recording equipment is strictly prohibited. Meeting registrants are given access to all session recordings and credit is available on demand during the meeting. Access and credit claiming continue to be available through May 1, 2026.
Registration confirmations are emailed to registrants. It is important to provide your email address with your registration materials to ensure receipt of your confirmation and any updates regarding the meeting. Make sure the email address provided is set up to accept messages from ARRS so your Annual Meeting communications do not go to a SPAM or junk folder or become blocked entirely.
Register to participate in San Diego or virtually, and if your plans change, you can transfer your registration to the alternate form of participation. Written requests for transfers received by March 21st will require a $100 transfer fee; written transfers received between March 22nd and April 21st will require a $200 transfer fee. Please note, there will be delay in processing requests received on or after April 23 due to staffing of the meeting. Requests will not be processed after the conclusion of the meeting.
Cancellations received in writing by March 21, 2025, will be processed after the meeting minus the 25% nonrefundable cancellation fee. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations for any reason after March 21. Refund requests of the 25% cancellation fee will not be considered regardless of the registration category, amount paid, or when requested. Submitted registration forms by mail, fax, or online serve as acknowledgement and acceptance of these cancellation policies.
