ARRS has secured a block of rooms at The Westin Pittsburgh Hotel, which is connected to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center where the ARRS 2026 Meeting will be held. In order to reserve a room at your preferred hotel, register early for the meeting. Once registered, you will receive an ARRS meeting confirmation, which will include the unique online hotel reservation links. Room reservation requests made by phone will not be accepted at either hotel.<\/p>

Hotel Room Reservation Deadline \u2013 March 20, 2026<\/h3>

ARRS discounted hotel room rates are available until Wednesday, March 20, 2026. Hotel room availability is not guaranteed as the hotel blocks may fill up quickly. It is advised you register for the meeting and make hotel reservations early.<\/p>

Hotel Reservation Information<\/h3>

All hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. You will receive a confirmation from the hotel at the time your hotel reservation is made, which will include instructions for making changes to your reservation.<\/p>

Travel Information<\/strong><\/h3>

Pittsburgh is conveniently located within 500 miles of nearly half the U.S. population and less than a 90-minute flight from nearly half of North America’s population.<\/p>

The Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) is located approximately 20 miles from the downtown area. The airport offers nonstop flights to a variety of cities throughout the United States, Europe, Canada and the Caribbean.
