ARRS has secured a block of rooms at The Westin Pittsburgh Hotel, which is connected to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center where the ARRS 2026 Meeting will be held. A smaller ARRS room block is also available at the Omni William Penn Hotel.

The Westin Pittsburgh is directly connected to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. The hotel is conveniently located near the vibrant downtown area, cultural district, PPG Paints Arena, PNC Park, Acrisure Stadium, and the Strip District.
There is an early check-in fee of $40, which will be assessed if a room is available. If the guest is a Bonvoy member checking in after 1:00 pm, the fee will be waived. You must confirm your Bonvoy status at check-in to have the fee waived. Late check-outs, at no additional cost, are based on availability. Complimentary luggage storage is available to all guests. Overnight storage is not allowed.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the arrival date to avoid a one-night room and tax charge. Changes to hotel reservations can be made up until the day of arrival.

There is an early check-in fee of $50-$75 depending upon time of arrival and occupancy. Late check out fees may apply. Complimentary luggage storage is available to all guests. Overnight storage is not allowed.

Register Early to Book Your Preferred Hotel
In order to reserve a room at your preferred hotel, register early for the meeting. Once registered, you will receive an ARRS meeting confirmation, which will include the unique online hotel reservation links. Room reservation requests made by phone will not be accepted at either hotel.

ARRS discounted hotel room rates are available until Wednesday, March 20, 2026. Hotel room availability is not guaranteed as the hotel blocks may fill up quickly. It is advised you register for the meeting and make hotel reservations early.
Hotel Reservation Information
All hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. You will receive a confirmation from the hotel at the time your hotel reservation is made, which will include instructions for making changes to your reservation.
ARRS is not able to answer questions regarding your hotel reservations. Please contact the hotel directly using the directions provided in your hotel confirmation.

The Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) is located approximately 20 miles from the downtown area. The airport offers nonstop flights to a variety of cities throughout the United States, Europe, Canada and the Caribbean. One way travel between the airport and downtown is approximately $40 USD.
