2022 Annual Meeting Frequently Asked Questions

What is the COVID Vaccination Policy?

The ARRS will require proof of complete COVID-19 vaccination from all in-person meeting attendees, ARRS staff, exhibitors, faculty, and presenters upon admittance to the 2022 ARRS Annual Meeting. If you are unable to join us in person, we invite you to participate in our full meeting in a virtual setting. For more information, visit our Health and Safety page at arrs.org/HealthSafety.

When will the meeting be held?

The meeting will be held Sunday, May 1–Thursday, May 5, 2022, and will be broadcast live online based on Central Standard Time (CST).

What is the registration deadline?

The regular registration deadline for the meeting is March 17, 2022. After March 17, late registrations will be accepted online through May 5. To obtain the best registration rates, plan to register by the March 17 deadline.

Does my membership need to be current in order to attend at the ARRS member rate?

Yes, to receive the discounted member registration rates, your ARRS membership must be current at the time of registration as well as for the duration of the meeting. If your ARRS membership has lapsed or will lapse between the date of registration and the conclusion of the meeting, you must either renew your membership or pay the nonmember registration fees. Discounted meeting registration fees are a benefit for current ARRS members.

Can I become an ARRS member to take advantage of registration savings?

Absolutely! Nonmembers may apply for membership and receive the annual meeting member registration fee discount. Nonmembers should submit a membership application with the annual meeting registration form by fax or mail prior to April 20, 2022 to receive the member registration fee discount. After April 20, you must register for the annual meeting at the nonmember registration rate.

Will I receive a registration confirmation?

Registration confirmations are emailed to registrants. It is important to provide your email address with your registration materials to ensure receipt of your confirmation and any updates regarding the meeting. Make sure the email address provided is set up to accept messages from ARRS so your annual meeting communications do not go to a SPAM or junk mail folder or become blocked entirely.

What is the cancellation policy?

On-demand access and credit claiming for the 2022 ARRS Annual Meeting will be available through May 5, 2023. Should you still need to cancel your registration, you may cancel at any time prior to the start of the meeting. Registrations cancelled by March 17, 2022, will receive a full refund. After March 17, 2022 if your registration includes a Categorical Course, you will be refunded the amount of your registration minus the cost of the Categorical Course book and shipping fees. Once a registrant accesses the meeting portal educational offerings and/or claims credits, refunds will not be provided. Does the ARRS offer child care services?
